Mashed potatoes

INGREDIENTS

Mealy potatoes (Bintje, Agria, Caesar...) 1.5kg
Semi-skimmed milk 500g
Double cream 50g
Butter 50g
Salt 1 tsp.
Freshly ground pepper

STEPS

  • Weigh, peel and rinse the potatoes.
  • Dice the potatoes, place the "beater" attachment in the bowl and pour in the potato cubes.
  • Add milk and salt. Cook for 30 minutes on speed 1 at 90°C without measuring cap.
  • Add pepper, cream and diced butter.
  • Mix for 40 seconds on speed 3."
