Roquefort cheese 150g
Double cream 350g
Milk 100g
Freshly ground pepper

STEPS

  • Weigh the ingredients.
  • Pour the milk and the cubed Roquefort cheese into the bowl. Cook for 5 minutes at 100°C on speed 1.
